Customer will enter the bank assigned 12 digit CONNECT ID number in the CONNECT ID field. The initial password for Consumer and Sole Proprietor is the last four digits of the customers Social Security number. The initial password is the last four digits of the Tax ID# if the application was for Business. Customer will be required to change the Password at the initial login to CONNECT. For security reasons, three (3) unsuccessful login attempts will cause the online access to be "locked out".
