eStatement Enrollment
Texas Gulf Bank offers the convenience of eStatements, a more secure and quick way for you to get your monthly statements and notices.

eStatements are delivered in 3 formats:
PDF Format - This format requires Adobe Acrobat Reader to view your statement. This format is useful if you need to send your statement to a third party. The PDF format will preserve the format of the statement.

HTML Format - This format is designed for you to view your statement online. HTML format is commonly used in displaying web pages.
TEXT Format - This format requires a word processing software (i.e. MS Word, Notepad, or WordPad) to view the statement.

To enroll select the eStatements tab from the menu bar. Click details to see which accounts and documents types you can enroll.

Make sure your email address is correct.  If no email is listed, you must add one.

Enter a word or words that you will recognize.  This is called your eStatement security phrase.  Emails from us regarding eStatements will always contain this phrase.

Read the terms and conditions, check the I Agree box and finish by clicking on the Enroll Now button.

Once enrolled for e-statements, you will be notified by email when your statements are ready for viewing or downloading to your personal computer.

Images of paid items and deposit slips are included with the statements.
