By selecting the Options tab a user can change their:

Email Address within Online Banking

Define a personal question and answer to enable self-reset password capability

Change or create an alias for your Online Banking ID

Change your password

Business Online Banking users can also change their Business Online Banking ID and Wire password.

NOTE: Most of these options are optional and are not necessarily required.

Online Banking passwords are set to expire every 360 days and must be changed according to the system settings.
