Personal Settings
You can change your Password at any time from this screen. Passwords are 6-8 digits and must include one letter and one number (alpha-numeric.) When you change your Password and SUBMIT, you will see a response at the top of the page that says "Your Password has been updated."

You can also assign another Login ID for your sign on, in addition to the 12 digit number you were assigned. Enter this under Personal ID. Remember not to make it easily "guessable."

Setting up a Personal Question and Answer will allow you to reset your Password if you should accidently lock yourself out of Online Banking.

This allows you to use the "Reset Password" option on the screen that comes up when you Login incorrectly. We recommend that you set this to something very easy for you to remember, as you may not use it often.
